It consists of 1 automatic pour point measuring unit in a single cooling bath. A small and compact size of jacket type testing bath is used for each pour point tester and the bath itself is moved and worked for measuring. The apparatus is so designed as to monitor the sample surface by photosensor under similar conditions to visual checking. Therefore, the pour point of a wide range from Gas oils to Fuel oils, Lubricating oils and other kinds of oils can be measured without disturbing the sample surface.

Product Description:

854-03 is an oxidation stability tester for greases. It is designed and manufactured in conformity to ASTM D 942, IP 142 and JIS K 2220. A worked sample of grease is oxidized in an oxidation bomb heated to 99°C and filled with oxygen at 7.7 kgf/cm 2 (0.76 MPa). Pressure is observed and recorded at predetermined intervals. The degree of oxidation after a given period of time is determined by the corresponding decrease in oxygen pressure. The oxidation stability tester uses a thermo-regulator of a digital indicating type, and safety features such as cutout switch, earth leakage breaker and fuses.
